Mohammed Ali Al-Mutlaq Sons Co. for trading & Cont. (M. A. Al-Mutlaq Sons Co.) is a 100% Saudi owned Company and is amongst one of high middle size business companies in Saudi Arabia. The company has been in business for over 50 years.

The Company has several divisions, that are actively involved in various business fields, such as Harley-Davidson Motor Cycles Division (Distributor for Harley-Davidson), Industrial Material & Services Division (IMSD), Almutlaq Inspection Services Division (AIS), Real Estate Division, Agriculture Division, Solid Surface Division, Chemical Division, Investment Division etc.

M. A. Al-Mutlaq Sons Co. has branch offices and showrooms in major cities of Saudi Arabia – Dammam, Jeddah and Riyadh. The Company is equipped with all requisite infrastructure facilities with Professional & Experienced Management, Strong & Skilled Workforce etc. for the successful operation of the various divisions and branches.

IMSD was set up in 1991 with H.Q in Dammam, Saudi Arabia to meet the growing demand for industrial products and services. Over these years IMSD has built up a very good reputation with major customer like Saudi Aramco, Sabic, Saudi Electric Company, Oilfield / Drilling Companies etc., as a reliable supplier and specialized service provider.
